The easiest way to import your letter of engagement (aka terms & conditions, agreement or contract, depending on your industry) is to email it to [email protected]. This will then automatically be formatted in to your account by our team within 2 business days.
These are found by going to 'Library', and then 'Terms', on the left-hand menu in Practice Ignition.
Alternatively, in the Terms screen, you can click on '+ New Terms Template' to create a new one. If you want assistance with this you can open up the Sample Engagement Letter provided by PI, copy the contents and then use it as a starting point.
Once your letter of engagement is imported then it's time to review the contents & add any formatting.
