Brochure Display Issues

Having trouble viewing the brochure, even when you're sure you've attached the brochure to your proposal?

Step 1 - Check your PDF settings in your web browser

If you are using Google Chrome follow these steps: 

(1) Click on the three dots at the very top right hand corner of the screen 

(2) Select "Settings" 

(3) In the blue search bar at the top of the screen type in "pdf", then click on "Site Settings" 

(4) Scroll the page down until you see "PDF documents" and click on it to open

(5) Make sure to turn off the switch for "Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome"

Once the switch above is turned off you can refresh the browser tab with the proposal and you will see the brochure displayed as expected: 

Step 2 - I've disabled PDF download but I still can't see the brochure 

If you have followed the above steps but still cannot see the PDF you may have a browser extension which is causing the PDF to not display. 

Try opening an Incognito window to see if that resolves the issue. You can use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window: 

Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. 

Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

If you can see the brochure when viewing the proposal in the incognito window then it is likely that a browser extension is causing the display issue. You can disable your extensions one at a time (then refresh the page) to see which extension is causing the issue.
