Keeping track of your client statuses is essential in managing your practice.

It allows you to decide and take certain actions like reaching out, following up and thanking them for their good business.

The Clients tab will allow you to view each stage of your clients so that you can edit and update as necessary.

Client Status & Filters

Use the status filters on the left hand side of the Clients tab to easily apply filters depending on client status.

  • All = Shows all of your clients in Ignition

  • Lead = Client has not accepted any proposals

  • Active = Client has an active proposal

  • Inactive = Had previously accepted a proposal that is now complete

  • Archived = Shows all the clients that you have archived (can be easily unarchived if needed)

You can now also filter your clients with proposal statuses.

By clicking on a proposal status filter, your client list will automatically show which of those clients have proposals in a Draft, Awaiting Acceptance or Lost status - useful for identifying and chasing clients that haven't accepted yet.

In addition, we've also added Manual Billing filters which will identify which of your clients have overdue billing and billing due in the next week, next month or anytime.

If you would like to drill down and view a client's list of proposals, you can click into a specific client in the list. You will then be directed to the Summary tab for that client which contains a list of all their proposals.

Manual Billing

The Manual Billing segments allow you to view all clients with outstanding manual billings - on completion or variable/estimate prices - that are due within certain timeframes.

More filters

To give you more control and granularity, use More Filters to select additional attributes to filter by. Or, create your own views according to what matters to you!
