To update your billing details for your Practice Ignition subscription, Click on your name on the upper right-hand side of the page and choose Subscription & Billing.
Note: Only the Principal users or those withe Billing Permission enabled by the Principal have access to the billing page.
Click Edit on the Billing Details section on the right-hand side of the page.
You'll be directed to a page where you can update your billing information as well as your credit card details.
Once done, click on Confirm Changes to commit the changes.
Selecting users who can manage your subscription
If you are the principal on your account, you can also select for other team members to be able to access and edit your billing details. By providing them this permission, they will be able to manage:
Subscription details (e.g., upgrade)
Access subscription invoices
To enable for a user to be able to manage your subscription & billing, go to that user under Settings>Team and enable the Billing Permission Toggle.
You can remove this permission at anytime from a user, by disabling this toggle.
Note: Users with the billing permission will also be able to elect additional users to manage your subscription if neccessary.
