Web Connectors can be emailed to your prospects or clients as an online web form to generate proposals.
To do so, Log into your Practice Ignition account, go into Library, then into Services.
Click on the service you would like to connect to your website.
Under the Edit Service window, go into the Connect tab and then click on Generate Token.
Once you generate the token, you should see more information pop-up that looks like this:
Under Public Token, there should be two buttons on the right hand side:
The button on the left will copy the URL generated to your clip board so you can quickly copy and paste it into an email to send to a prospect. The button on the right will open the web connector URL in a new tab of your browser.
Alternatively, you can also embed Web Connector into your website to assist in generating leads, replacing the need for a 'contact us' form where prospects would normally enter their contact details.
