The Web Connector generates a URL that can be plugged into your website to assist in generating leads, replacing the need for a 'contact us' form where prospects would normally enter their contact details. 

It can also be emailed to your prospects or clients as an online web form to generate proposals.

The Web Connector Form

Here's an example of the web connector form. The form will use the Brand Color you set on your Settings. The client or prospect enters their details on the first page, where they can see the details of the service/package they've selected.

Note: The Web Connector currently doesn't support Estimates. Estimates can appear in the Web Connector though when a service that is already in the web connector is changed to an estimate afterwards. The price for the previous billing will still appear.

On the next page, they will see a list of additional services they can 'add on' to the package they are building for themselves. All they need to do is select the services they are interested in, and then click Next.

On the last page they will get a snapshot of their quote with a breakdown of any upfront and monthly recurring costs.

When the client clicks on Submit at the bottom, we take all the information that was submitted and create a brand new draft proposal in your Practice Ignition account, ready for you to review and send out to the client for acceptance.

Practice Ignition will also send an email notification to your account's email user once a new proposal has been created through the Web Connector.
